Once navigating to the carriersarrow-up-right page, using the navigation menu's you can click the Add Carrier button in the top right corner of the page:
You will then be taken to the New Carrier page where you must fill out the following required fields:
Name
Server Address
Network Transport
From Number Type
To Number Type
